DeObia has an incredible CV spanning across film, television and theatre.
DeObia stars in Sophie Hyde’s independent feature JIMPA, starring alongside John Lithgow and Olivia Colman. The film debuted at Sundance Film Festival to a great reception.
On stage, DeObia has starred in ANGELS IN AMERICA, GILGAMESH, The Royal Court’s CRAZYBLACKMUTHAF**KINSELF and CLUBLAND and TORILUS AND CRESSIDA and HAROUN AND THE SEA OF STORIES, both at the National Theatre.
On television DeObia played Tom Hiddleston’s alter-ego ‘Boastful Loki’ in LOKI for Marvel and Disney+, adding to other TV credits which include SEX EDUCATION and GAME OF THRONES.
DeObia’s other film credits include the Russo Brothers’ feature THE GRAY MAN, JUMANJI: THE NEXT LEVEL, DUMBO, INDEPENDENCE DAY: RESURGENCE, PIRATES OF THE CARIBBEAN: ON STRANGER TIDES, and MOULIN ROUGE.
In addition to their acting work, DeObia is now actively looking to produce their own material and has a slate of projects in development.
